Returns & Exchanges

At Harumio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Harumio account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Receive Approval

  Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship the package using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
